Áttekintés: With the „Coast Starlight“ from Amtrack a train journey is made along the coast of California. The journey goes from Los Angeles, with a visit to the seaside town of Santa Monica and Hollywood, to San Luis Obispo and then to San Francisco with the Golden Gate Bridge, where with one of the oldest and shortest cable railways is the „Angels Flight“, and the famous Cable Cars. The end point of the trip is Sacramento where the sea lions are visited and the Union Pacific Railroad makes a trip along the Sacramento River.
